Q: Are you allowed to use these paints outdoors?

A: Yes Carcraft Mobile Touchups Pty Ltd only use isocyanate-free paints which are friendly to humans and the environment. Our high quality equipment ensure a minimal spray off.

Q: When will my car be ready to drive?

A: In most cases, your vehicle will be ready to drive two hours after the repair has been completed as we use a portable infra-red heating system.

Q: How much can I expect to pay for my repair?

A: Depending on the extent of damage, most repairs can be finished for less than your insurance excess.
All repairs will cost far less than if they were done in a Panel Shop and you will save on time, as all repairs are done at a location suitable to you.

Q: How good will the repair look?

A: You will not be able to see the damaged area as the process we use and the quality of our materials will restore your vehicle to its original finish.

Q: How long will the repair take?

A: Each repair will be judged by the extent of the damage. Most minor repairs can be completed in two hours.
No jobs are rushed and the required time is allowed to produce a superior finish.

We meet all the requirements of the “Safe Systems of Work” and have regular inspections of all equipment.
